It is early

Whoever joins next will shape how this works rather than inherit it, which is either the appeal or the reason to wait.

The problem is physical

A tap either stops leaking or it does not. The work is dispatching real people to real houses in Enugu, and it is judged by whether that went well.

You would work with the founders

There is no layer in between, because there is nobody in between. That means direct answers, and it means the unglamorous parts land on you too.
