You may permanently delete your AZAP account at any time directly within the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, booking history, and personal information from our active systems, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain records (such as transaction and payment records) to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account and data deletion by emailing admin@getazap.com from your registered email address. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
